1. Booking & Payment

Reservations must be made in advance through our website or authorized representatives.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with full payment due 15 days before departure.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 10 days before the trip qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations within 10 days of departure may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Liability & Responsibility

We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, strikes, or emergencies.

Travelers are responsible for securing personal insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of belongings.

Adventure activities such as trekking, paragliding, and safaris involve inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.
6. Code of Conduct

Guests must respect local customs, cultures, and environmental guidelines during the tour.

Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.
