Welcome to Plan Ahead Adventure Tour & Travel Company! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• Reservations must be made in advance through our website or authorized representatives.

• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with full payment due 15 days before departure.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 10 days before the trip qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 10 days of departure may incur a cancellation fee.

• Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days as per our Refund Policy.

3. Changes & Rescheduling

• Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days before departure.

4. Travel Requirements

• Guests must ensure valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documentation.

• Health & safety regulations, including vaccinations, may apply based on the destination.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, strikes, or emergencies.

• Travelers are responsible for securing personal insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of belongings.

• Adventure activities such as trekking, paragliding, and safaris involve inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Code of Conduct

• Guests must respect local customs, cultures, and environmental guidelines during the tour.

• Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer information is securely stored and used solely for booking-related purposes.

• We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.
