Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Plan Ahead Adventures, we strive to provide seamless and hassle-free travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. Below are our refund and cancellation guidelines:

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 10 days before the trip will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 10 days of departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of departure) may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days through the original payment method.

  • Non-refundable bookings (such as discounted or promotional offers) are exempt from cancellation refunds.

  • In case of trip disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), alternative arrangements or partial refunds may be provided at our discretion.

3. Changes & Rescheduling:

  • Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 10 days of departure will follow standard cancellation terms.
